We base our shipping charges on the current parcel force rate of postage. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we'll only charge you once for the charges that apply to the total value of your order. Overnight delivery will require a signature. For all other methods of delivery, we recommend that someone be available to accept the package as a signature is usually required.

Given the possible variations of shipping, products, etc. our system can't always calculate shipping to the best possible price, as such please contact us if you are happy with the postage quoted, we are always willing to help and will shop around in order to get the best possible deal for you.

Helmethut strives to process orders for in-stock items within one business day of receipt of order. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays and any national holidays.

Orders will be processed and shipped once we receive credit card authorisation.

We cannot ship to PO boxes or destinations within Indonesia at this time. 21-Day shipping is required for destinations outside the UK, however they usually arrive within 7-10 working days.
